Our experienced team of engineers and project managers combine application expertise and product knowledge to meet customer needs.Electronic Batch Records EngineerKey Responsibilities:Design & Development:Create MES templates based on specific Process Area requirements.Develop workflow strategies for various template types within the MES environment.Documentation & Modelling:Generate detailed design specifications and process flows using tools such as Visio or Adonis.Prepare and maintain configuration specifications (MESCS) for the MES platform.Testing & Validation:Coordinate and lead MES template testing (Shakedowns) with Process Area SMEs.Develop and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans, ensuring compliance with change control processes.Integration & Support:Support integration with Level 2 (L2) and Level 4 (L4) systems over various interfaces.Assist with migration of MES master data and user management definitions. Required Skills & Experience:Proven experience with MES platforms, preferably Apprentice Tempo or Werum PAS/X (SaaS).Familiarity with biologics drug product manufacturing processes, procedures, and automation.Strong logical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work effectively within a high-performance, collaborative team environment.
