SURVEYOR / SENIOR SURVEYOR  Job Description Finnegan Menton are seeking Surveyors and Senior Surveyors to join our Team of Property Professionals. We are a multi discipline Team. The successful candidates would be part of the Commercial Agency (Investments, Development Land, Sales, Leasing) and Professional Services (Valuations, Rent Reviews, Lease Renewals and Renegotiations, Arbitration and Rating Appeals) areas of the practice.  The positions will offer the successful candidates the opportunity to further their career in one of Ireland’s longest established and leading property companies working across a broad spectrum of markets including in Offices, Retail, Industrial, PRS, Hospitality, Healthcare & Land. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to work across different sectors while also encouraging interest in your particular areas of interest.  Job Requirements:  ·       Ideally minimum 3 years experience in Agency or Professional Services.  ·       High level of market awareness and experience in a wide range of property activities would be desirable.  ·       Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a Team.  ·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ·       BSc Property Degree preferred. SCSI / RICS qualified. Candidates on route to completing APC may be considered with suitable experience. ·       Candidates should hold a current PSRA Licence and a Full Clean Driving Licence.
