They are now looking for a Store Manager for their store in Swords or in Tallaght. Key ResponsibilitiesManage and motivate a team of 16 in the Swords Branch or 7 in the Tallaght Branch. Client services and relationship managementOpening and closing of storeCash managementOrder management and stock takingMerchandising of the storeRegular reporting to internal management What Skills You Need for this Store Manager job Exceptional communication and coaching skillsA proven people manager and team playerPrevious experience in Retail Sales within Homeware or FurnitureProficient Microsoft Office user, with an easy ability to learn our inhouse systems.Ability to use your own initiative, escalating issues to senior management when appropriate.
