If these qualities resonate with your personality, we encourage you to apply!Your Role and Responsibilities: As a Field Application Engineer, you will be a key player in customer interaction and support. Your daily tasks will include: Collaborating with the sales team to demonstrate and explain the features, applications, and benefits of our collaborative robots. Acting as the technical interface between Elite Robots, customers, and end effector suppliers, handling technical inquiries and providing timely solutions.

Providing on-site application support, assisting with debugging, and contributing to internal application development and demonstrations. Offering pre-sales technical support, evaluating customer requirements, and verifying solutions on-site. Conducting customer training on robot programming, debugging, and maintenance. Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time. Your Qualifications: We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications: A college degree (or equivalent) in Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. A minimum of two years of experience in the robotics industry, with hands-on experience in robot debugging, programming, and solution development.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex technical concepts to both customers and internal teams. Experience with at least one mainstream industrial robot programming language and knowledge of bus communication between robots and PLCs. Familiarity with vision systems and robotics applications, as well as a solid understanding of relevant robotics concepts (e. g. , forward and inverse kinematics, positional multiplication). Proficiency in at least one high-level programming language is preferred, along with experience with SolidWorks or E-Plan software. Fluency in both German and English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus. What We Offer You:
