Elusav Recruitment have an excellent opportunity for a Document Controller to join a brand new data center project with one of Europe's most well respected Engineering contractors, based in Finland. As the Document Controller you will be responsible for ensuring the timely distribution of documents & drawings to project personnel alongside working in accordance with company procedures & guidelines. Responsibilities: Ensuring the timely distribution of documents & drawings to project personnel. Working in accordance with company procedures & guidelines. Distribution of drawing transmittals and submittals to client. Receiving and full quality check of all drawings and documents transmitted by the lead consultants.
Return of quarantined documents to the issuer for full correction and re-issue. Management of document control software system ensuring that all parties receive adequate training and then use the system. Maintenance of controlled document registers and associated documentation. BIM ACC Administration: adding members licenses, adding new companies. Assistance with day to day activities, including administration duties, helping dvelop SOP’s, training, Document creation etc. Producing different reports for PM, Client, BI. Data entry on SAP, Running SAP reports and queries. All other duties associated with this role. Requirements: Strong Administration experience. Experience in the construction or engineering industry.
Fluent in English language. PC literate with competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook. Ability to liaise and manage all site paperwork. Attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Excellent communication skills. Experience using document management system BIM360 advantage but not essential. SAP experience advantage but not essential as full training will be given.
