Job Description

My client are a unique Irish owned construction business. Establishment in 2011, they have delivered lightening protection systems, earthing systems and surge protection devices across the European data centre, pharmaceutical, commercial, and renewable energy sectors. They currently have a very large project in Finland and they need an ambitious Project manager to run it. This project for a blue chip client will have a 18-24 month’s program with the possibility of further work there. Responsibilities include: Planning resourcing of projects and monitoring against budgets. Attend all necessary daily weekly/monthly meeting.

POC for the client and my clients site team. Implementing best practice in project controls, performance management, and Project Reporting. (“Manage, mentor and coordinate) “the entire projectManage the team members whilst managing program expectations from planning stage to completion. RequirementsDegree/Higher Diploma in Construction Management, Engineering or equivalentAt least 6-8 years experience in a similar role. Excellent understanding of finance and budgets. Good logistics and very organised. Strong commercial acumenExperience of managing projects and the logistics of same from cradle to grave is essential.
