You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement robust QHSE policies, conduct risk assessments, and foster a culture of safety and compliance. This role is perfect for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who is passionate about creating safer workplaces and sustainable operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and monitor QHSE policies, procedures, and systems in line with local and international regulations (e. g. , ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001). Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and incident investigations to ensure a safe working environment. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance QHSE performance and reduce environmental impact. Deliver training programs and awareness sessions to promote a safety-first culture among employees and contractors. Perform internal audits and ensure compliance with UAE regulations and industry best practices. Prepare detailed QHSE reports and present findings to senior management. Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain certifications and achieve sustainability goals.

Ensure effective emergency response planning and crisis management protocols. What We’re Looking ForExperience: Minimum of 3-5 years in a QHSE role, ideally within construction, manufacturing, oil & gas, or a related industry. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field. Certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or ISO Lead Auditor are highly desirable. Skills: Strong knowledge of UAE QHSE regulations, risk management, and auditing. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Language: Fluency in English is essential; Arabic speaking is a significant bonus. Attributes:
