We are looking for an Email Marketing Specialist who can turn account-level strategy into email flows and campaigns that drive revenue and LTV.What you will doTurn high-level client strategy into clear email plans, calendars, and automation roadmapsAnalyze past email performance and competitor emails to find opportunitiesWrite all email and basic SMS copy: subject lines, preheaders, body, CTAsBuild and maintain messaging frameworks for key segments and lifecycle stagesWork in Klaviyo (or similar) with the team to brief, structure, and QA flows and campaignsSet up and interpret A/B tests for subject lines, angles, offers, and formatsTrack performance (revenue, open rate, CTR, list health) and suggest optimizationsWhat we are looking forProven experience planning and writing email campaigns and flows, ideally for e-commerce or retention marketingHands-on experience with Klaviyo or a similar email platform (flows, campaigns, segments, basic reporting)Fluent written and spoken English and strong direct-response copywriting skillsAbility to translate high-level strategy into specific email sequences and copyComfortable using AI tools as support, but able to edit and finalize to a high standardStrong coordination skills across copy, design, and technical implementationAnalytical mindset and experience with basic testing and reportingHigh attention to detail and reliable remote work habitsWhat you get1,500–2,500 USD/month depending on experience and scope (part-time or full-time)Unlimited paid time off as long as results are strong and deadlines are hitSet-your-own-schedule: you choose when you work, as long as work is delivered on time and key calls are coveredFully remote role with no fixed office hoursDirect support from senior e-commerce marketers and access to advanced email trainingClear path to grow into a senior email strategist role with higher compensation and responsibility
