People like you.Visit our careers page to see what exciting opportunities and company perks await!Job DescriptionAs an Embedded Applications Intern, you will:Design and Develop: Assist in designing embedded reference solutions using 8-bit PIC, AVR, and 32-bit ARM microcontrollers. Responsibilities include embedded systems design, software development, integration, and creating proofs of concept.Technical Training and Documentation: Help create technical training materials and documentation for customers and internal engineering teams. This includes supporting new microcontrollers, reference designs, application notes, and application libraries.Collaborate: Work closely with a team of experienced engineers to bring innovative projects to life.Learn and Grow: Gain valuable insights and practical experience in embedded systems, enhancing your skills and knowledgeRequirements/QualificationsEducation: Final-year student in Automatics, Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field.Technical Skills:Knowledge and experience in microcontroller-based systems design.Proficiency in Embedded C programming.Basic understanding of electronics.Experience designing digital logic circuits using Verilog and/or schematic tools.Soft Skills:Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.Preferred QualificationsExperience with AVR, PIC, and/or SAM microcontrollers and related Microchip development tools.Experience developing user interfaces with NodeJS.Travel TimeNo TravelTo all recruitment agencies: Microchip Technology Inc. does not accept unsolicited agency resumes.
