INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITY – LEGAL DEPARTMENT Join our EMEA LEAD – Learn, Evolve, Apply, Develop – internship program, that aims to support students develop and thrive in the agricultural sector during a 6 months internship.The program targets undergraduate students in countries within the region. During this internship you will be provided with a unique opportunity to learn, share your ideas andbuild a network.This internship is designed to help you develop the necessary skills to ultimately LEAD with confidence and make an impact.We currently have an opportunity for a student starting as of January 2026 in our Geneva EMEA HQ. As our Legal Intern you will be joining a team of legal experts, supporting the EMEA region on a variety of legal topics.Your Main Responsibilities Will Be ToSupport Contract Management; managing contracts and contractual documents, primarily via Contract Central (FMC’s new Contract Management system), but as well outside system, from point of execution, incl. obtaining and managing approvals and signatures (physical or electronic, DocuSign) plus appropriate archiving and maintenance.Supporting Legal and administrative document management; processing and execution of legal/administrative/corporate documents, incl. basic drafting, review, execution, notarization, legalization, and courier dispatch. Provide support to Corporate/Legal Entity housekeeping, governing processes, documentation, filings and archiving.Provide support to Legal Team members on ad hoc matters and projects, incl. legal research, document drafting and review, preparing legal and compliance trainings and material and programs.Your ProfileEarly bachelor’s degree in lawStrong ability with Microsoft Office applicationsFluent in English as it is our language at work and in everything we do!Ability to work in a structured manner with great attention to details.Curiosity, initiatives, and a strong wish to learnYou are currently enrolled in a Swiss program with the legal right to do an internship in Geneva.
