JOB PURPOSE: To lead initiatives that drive operational efficiency, process improvement, automation, and governance across the organization. The Senior Supervisor will oversee the design, implementation, and monitoring of frameworks, policies, KPIs, and automation solutions ensuring improved productivity, compliance, and strategic alignment. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Identify opportunities for process automation across operational functions. Work with IT and vendors to design, implement, and optimize RPA (Robotic Process Automation) solutions. Monitor and evaluate the performance of automation bots, ensuring ROI and process stability. Support the integration of automation tools with core business systems.
Develop, track, and analyse KPIs for operational departments and automation initiatives. Provide performance insights and recommendations to management for decision-making. Lead operational quality reviews and prepare regular performance reports. Supervise operational excellence and automation projects from initiation to completion. Support organizational change initiatives, including automation adoption and user training. Coordinate with business units to ensure smooth implementation of process improvements. Developing and monitoring key performance indicators to drive improvement and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and developing and implementing policies and procedures to mitigate risk. Qualifications and experience:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. 3–4 years’ experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or automation.
