Hybrid working arrangements supported.About the Employee Experience and Wellbeing Lead role and about you We have a new opportunity to join our People and Culture team as a Employee Experience and Wellbeing Specialist.The Employee Experience & Wellbeing Specialist is a key driver of SGCH’s People Strategy, shaping initiatives that create a meaningful and connected workplace. This role focuses on designing and delivering programs that enhance engagement, recognition, and wellbeing, ensuring every employee feels valued, supported, and inspired. Duties include but are not limited to:Design and deliver engagement, recognition, and wellbeing programs aligned to SGCH’s People Strategy and future-of-work trends.Design and deliver engagement, recognition, and wellbeing programs aligned to SGCH’s People Strategy and future-of-work trends.Coordinate engagement surveys and partner with leaders to translate feedback into meaningful action.Lead wellbeing and inclusion initiatives, embedding diversity, reconciliation, and belonging into the employee experience.Develop resources and campaigns that enable leaders to foster psychological safety and celebrate employee impact.Leverage data and analytics to map employee journeys, monitor engagement and wellbeing metrics, and inform continuous improvement.Build strong internal and external partnerships to enhance wellbeing outcomes and represent SGCH in sector forums and thought leadership.To succeed in this role, you will be a natural collaborator, experience in HR analytics, have a success rate of related program design and delivery including facilitation, be passionate about employee engagement, wellbeing, inclusion and diversity.This is a permanent, full-time position.
