In this role, you’ll help ensure employees feel welcomed, recognized, and supported throughout their journey with us. You’ll play a key part in coordinating events, managing logistics, and supporting programs that create meaningful and memorable experiences, all while bringing our culture and values to life.What will you be doing?Co-ordinate the onboarding experience for new hires including welcome kits and onboarding meetings.Help manage the enterprise and event swag program including budget management, vendor relationships, inventory control, and enterprise distribution.Support goeasy’s tenure, and performance recognition programs.Provide logistics and administrative support for large-scale company events.Manage travel and onsite logistics for development programming.Assist with employee surveys and feedback initiatives.Bring employer branding and recognition programs to life.Suggest improvements to streamline logistics and employee experience programs.Actively participate in updating and documenting processes and procedures.Keep detailed tracking of budgets, trackers, documents, and ensure program details are up to date.Collaborate with the Corporate Communications team to craft and deliver clear, consistent messaging on key announcements and initiatives from the Leadership Development & Culture team.Handle ad-hoc projects, reporting, and management requests as necessary.What experience do you have?Comfortable working with vendors, managing logistics, and keeping track of budgets. Detail-oriented and proactive - you like to stay ahead of things. Organized and able to juggle multiple tasks at once. Enjoy building relationships and working with people at all levels. Comfortable using Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint). Great communication skills and a friendly, team-oriented attitude. A post-secondary diploma, certificate, or degree in Human Resources or a related field.
