If you are ready to drive impact and lead a team through an exciting evolution, we encourage you to read on.About The RoleAs the Employee Experience Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of seven professionals in delivering comprehensive HR services to approximately 4,000 employees across China. This includes supporting multiple legal entities and providing tailored services for merger and acquisition projects. Your primary responsibilities will be focused on three key areas: HR Service Delivery & Operational ExcellenceLead the team to implement new global HR initiatives and digital tools.Drive the evolution of our service delivery model to be more lean, efficient, and employee friendly.Manage and execute business-driven HR projects, either leading initiatives for global functions or providing crucial support for large-scale projects. HR Advisory & Employee Lifecycle ManagementOversee the HR Service Center as the primary contact for all employees and managers regarding day-to-day people-related inquiries.Manage the entire employee lifecycle—from onboarding and daily support through performance review cycles to offboarding—ensuring a seamless experience.Guarantees all processes and advice are fully compliant with local labor laws and regulations. Payroll & Benefits AdministrationLead the team to ensure accurate, high-quality, and timely payroll processing for all entities.Manage day-to-day employee benefits programs in collaboration with key external partners (e.g., FESCO).Key Enabler: HR Systems & Digitalization: You and your team will be the key owners of HR systems, including the global Workday platform and local systems (payroll, leave management, etc.). A critical part of your role will be to drive digitalization and synergize these systems to maximize efficiency and user experience.Who You AreWe are looking for a curious and passionate leader with a minimum of 13 years of experience in HR, including at least 3-5 years in an HR Service Manager or similar leadership capacity.Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree is required. Proficiency in English (both verbal and written) is essential for this multinational environment; additional language skills are a plus.Leadership: You are an inclusive leader who respects diverse cultures and thrives on developing talent.
