Job DescriptionShape the future of employment relations at the Ministry of Justice. Lead a small team, drive strategy, and make a real impact for our people. Te Haeata/The OpportunityAs our Employment Relations Lead, you'll provide expert advice and guidance to senior management and the People Experience (PX) team.
