END TO END SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER - 150,000 -200,000 B. MONTHLYWe’re looking for an exceptional End-to-End Supply Chain Manager — not a good one, not a safe pair of hands — but a strategic operator who can take a complex, high-mix manufacturing environment and make it flow like clockwork.This is a full-spectrum leadership role: from raw material sourcing and production scheduling through to logistics, customer delivery, and everything in between. You’ll be the architect of a resilient, data-driven, and cost-effective supply chain that sets the benchmark for operational excellence in the region.If you think “supply chain” means pushing POs and chasing freight, this is most certainly not for youKey ResponsibilitiesStrategic OwnershipDesign and lead the regional end-to-end supply chain strategy — sourcing, planning, logistics, and customer service — aligned with global operational goals.Own the S&OP cycle, ensuring demand, capacity, and inventory are balanced across production sites and suppliers.Drive continuous improvement in agility, lead time, and working capital efficiency.Supplier Development & Risk ManagementImplement and enforce supplier scorecards, performance reviews, and PPAP/APQP quality frameworks.Create risk mitigation plans: dual sourcing, buffer strategies, and proactive scenario planning for geopolitical, logistics, or compliance disruptions.Planning & ExecutionLead production and materials planning, ensuring synchronized flow between procurement, manufacturing, and logistics.Use data-driven forecasting, safety stock optimization, and parameter management to eliminate firefighting and guesswork.Drive ERP/MRP discipline — transform the system from a reporting tool into a decision engine.Cost, Performance & DataDeliver measurable cost reductions across freight, materials, and inventory while maintaining OTIF > 95%.Develop KPIs and dashboards that tell the real story — from fill rate and supplier PPM to logistics cost per unit.Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and process improvement methodologies to eliminate waste and enhance throughput.Leadership & CultureLead and develop a cross-functional team covering procurement, planning, and logistics.Build a culture of accountability, precision, and proactive problem-solving.Collaborate tightly with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Finance — ensuring commercial intent and operational execution align every time.Sustainability & InnovationIntegrate sustainability into supply chain decisions — from packaging and transport to supplier ESG standards.Drive digital transformation through advanced analytics, automation, and smart manufacturing integration.What Great Looks LikeYou use data to make decisions.You’ve cut lead times, inventory, or cost — and improved service — in measurable ways.You can walk a factory floor, talk to an engineer, negotiate with a supplier, and present to your direct line manager in the same afternoon — and command respect in all three rooms.You think global, act regional, and execute local.Experience & Profile8+ years in progressive supply chain roles within precision manufacturing, automotive or high-mix component production.Proven end-to-end experience: sourcing → planning → logistics → delivery.Strong ERP/MRP expertise (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) — including system parameterization and process optimization.Demonstrated success in supplier development, cost leadership, and S&OP execution.Solid understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent CI frameworks.Very good English abilities.
