Job ScopeGreeting and welcoming walk-in guest or visitorsTo prepare, process and check the documents relating to Sales and Purchase Coordinate with various department such as sales, logistics and finance to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customersTo attend to billing, collection, correspondence and follow up on Sales and PurchasesTo ensure proper filling system and information posted in system is up-to-dateArrange daily despatch/courier itemsTo assist in all other duties assigned by the superiorRequirementsSPM / Diploma or aboveAt least 2 years of working experience in related fieldRequired language :
