Engagement Manager – Management Consulting

Role SummaryOwn end-to-end delivery of projects or multi-workstream programs with accountability for outcomes, economics, and client satisfaction. Shape scope, steer senior stakeholders, and ensure the team converts analysis into change. Develop consultants, safeguard quality, and help grow the practice through thought leadership and business development.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine delivery approach, scope, and success metrics; manage commercials and staffing.Lead executive discovery and hypothesis framing; align sponsors on decision criteria.Translate analysis into recommendations and implementation plans with quantified benefits.Chair governance forums; manage risks and issues across workstreams; ensure recovery plan Oversee PMO routines, integrated plans, and critical path management.Lead C-suite workshops to validate operating model choices and transformation roadmaps. Drive change and adoption plans with clear KPI baselines and benefits realization. Enforce QA across all deliverables; uphold brand and compliance standards.Develop talent through coaching, feedback, and formal evaluations.Support business development: shape proposals, craft points of view, present in orals, and influence pipeline. Contribute to practice assets, methods, and market eminence.QualificationsBachelor’s degree required, MBA or relevant Master’s preferred.Certifications preferred: PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner; Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt.Bilingual English and Arabic is required.Experience6 to 10 plus years including team leadership in consulting or transformation. Examples include stand-up and run a PMO for a major programmed, operating model design and implementation, cost optimization with quantified benefits, multi-entity rollout with change and training.Strong track record with GCC public sector or regulated industries preferred; KSA experience is a plus for KSA projects.Travel and working conditionsTravel up to 25 to 50 % depending on engagement.Flexible hours aligned to client deadlines.
