You will have access to the latest technological developments at GF Labs, with opportunities for patent submissions, presenting your ideas on a global platform, and enjoy GF-wide collaboration across our fabs and offices around the world.What You Will DoPlans and prepares manufacturing production schedules and departmental workflows to establish sequence and lead time of each production operation to meet shipping dates according to sales forecasts or customer orders .Expedites operations that delay schedules and alters schedules to meet unforeseen conditions.Analyzes plant capacity and production requisition data to determine manufacturing processes and required resources; prepares production reports.Lead, manage and train a team of Wafer Fab Operators / Technicians in the day-to-day operations to meet daily targets and overall Operation Goals – Cycle time, Throughput, Prototype success and Fabout Shipment planWIP and Tool Management – WIP Balancing, Held and Queue lots Management, manage equipment PM, capacity and constraintAllocate and deploy manpower effectively for optimum productivityPresent daily production indices in module meetings and highlight key priorities for the Engineering team to focusEnsure and uphold safety, discipline and housekeeping compliance in work area by all personnelEnsure proper documentation and continuously updating manufacturing Standard Operation ProcedureEngage support groups like IE and Engineering to ensure accurate and up-to-date assumptions, constraints and UPH are used in the tools capacity modelingEngage CIM, AMHS, and MFG Systems team for system improvementDrive quality and productivity improvement projectsWhat You Will NeedBachelor’s Degree in engineering or equivalent1-3 years of relevant experience in production control, preferably in a wafer fab / Electronics / Electrical industryGood communication and interpersonal skillsProven ability to identify, assess and solve problemsWilling to support 12-hours rotating shift.
