For more information, visit www.gf.comIntroductionGlobalFoundries is seeking a highly motivated Process Integration Engineer to support the development and optimization of Non-Volatile Memory (NVM) NOR Flash technologies. This role is integral to the successful integration of NOR Flash modules into advanced CMOS platforms, ensuring robust performance, manufacturability, and reliability. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive towards qualifications and technology release for production.Your JobSupport process integration for embedded NOR Flash technologies in advanced CMOS nodes. Lots run with quality mindset (Zero Execution Error and Zero Defect)Develop and optimize process flows to meet device performance, reliability, and yield targets.Collaborate with device, process, design, reliability, and product engineering teams to resolve integration challenges and enable successful technology development and transfer.Conduct structured experiments (DOE), analyze electrical and physical data, and drive root cause analysis for process-related issues.Participate in technology qualification, customer support, and production ramp-up activities.Maintain detailed documentation of process integration strategies, technical findings, and best practices.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on process robustness, cost reduction, and cycle time optimizationStrong analytical, communication, and teamwork skillsRequired QualificationsDegree in Microelectronics/Electrical/Electronics/Chemical Engineering or Science in Physics/Material Engineering or related field2-3 years of experience in semiconductor process integration, preferably with exposure to NOR Flash or other NVM technologyOpen to New Graduates with no prior experience.Basic Understanding of device physics / electrical characterization / Failure AnalysisFluent in English Language both written & verbal and good presentation skillsTo work in GLOBALFOUNDRIES Singapore (100%) Preferred QualificationsFamiliarity with embedded NOR Flash architecture and process requirements.Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., JMP, Python, Excel) and statistical techniques.Driving the development (design and process) of new differentiated technologies such as precision passive devices, advance sensors, and niche products as added features.Execute and characterize the experimental splits to optimize the process margin and demonstrate the functionality and manufacturability of the new differentiated technologiesInvolved in new products tapeout and setup in proto lots to demonstrate functionalityGlobalFoundries is an equal opportunity employer, cultivating a diverse and inclusive workforce.
