Discover the life that awaits you at Accor, visit https://careers.accor.com/Do what you love, care for the world, dare to challenge the status quo! #BELIMITLESS"Hospitality is a work of heart,Join us and become a Heartist®.Job DescriptionPlan daily engineering staff briefing with Engineering Manager and assist in distributing daily work assignmentsSchedule and document planned and unplanned maintenance programs for the various systems such as (not limited to) the following: Air-conditioning & electrical, refrigeration, FLS equipment, building maintenance including furniture & fixtures, painting, parts renewal & repairs, kitchen and laundry equipment, low voltage (LV), guest rooms, F&B outlets, function/banquet areas, front/back of the house, plumbing & drainageSupervise and provide constructive feedback to all team members to ensure safe work practices, efficient operation, proper preventative maintenance and repair to equipmentAssist in the preparation of consumption reports on power, water, steam, and gasEnsure that maintenance & repairs performed by contractors are executed in accordance with agreed health and safety policy, contracts, fees or chargesReview work flow and provide Engineering Manager with possible improvements to increase efficiencyCoordinate and inform Engineering Manager of any disruptions to service of any kindQualificationsSecondary / High school educationTrade Certificate with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar capacityStrong leadership, interpersonal and training skillsGood communication and customer contact skillsResults and service oriented with an eye for detailsAdditional InformationYou will be joining a collaborative and dynamic team that thrives in a supportive and professional environment—whether at one of our vibrant properties or within our innovative corporate offices.
