Engineering Manager - Mobile Applications

Hands-on technical capability where you have contributed to complex codebases, implemented proof-of-concepts and resolved escalated technical issues. Strong knowledge of secure coding practices for both mobile and embedded environments. Expertise in CI/CD pipelines and automated testing strategies such as unit, integration, performance, and security testing for mobile applications. Proven ability to define and maintain engineering standards ensuring scalability, maintainability, quality and compliance with organisational security requirements.Excellent communication and mentoring skills fostering technical excellence and collaboration across stakeholders. Highly desirable: Deep understanding of iOS development including Swift and SwiftUI, with the ability to guide architectural decisions and enforce best practices. Desirable: Experience with embedded systems programming in C including performance optimisation, debugging, and integration with mobile applications.
