Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position located in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. As an Engineering Manager, you will lead and oversee engineering teams to ensure project success. Key responsibilities include managing and mentoring engineering teams, supervising software development initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional departments, overseeing successful integration of systems and processes, and ensuring projects are completed on time and meet high-quality standards. Qualifications Strong expertise in Engineering Management and Team LeadershipExperience in Software Development and Integration processesProficient in Project Management with the ability to plan, execute, and deliver projects effectivelyExceptional problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and decision-making abilitiesBachelor's or advanced degree in Engineering or a related fieldExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on team and stakeholder coordinationFamiliarity with the FMCG industry and experience with sustainability practices is a plusAbility to work effectively in an on-site team environment in Phnom Penh
