Work at the core of banking sector with a team across Baltics.What You Will Be DoingYou will lead IT Service Quality Management team (~22 people), be part of Baltic IT services leadership team, manage Service desk, incident and problem handling, monitoring functions, as well technical solutions, vendors, contracts, stakeholders in Tech area and beyond. Our brilliant techies work hard to future proof SEB’s digital architecture and customer products because it genuinely makes a huge impact for our customers and colleagues.
