Human by nature.Engineering Manager - Your Future Position?As an Engineering Manager in our Taste & Wellbeing Division, you will report to the Operations Director and be responsible for providing the support on engineering management function. If, like us, you always aim to exceed customer needs, deliver value and skilled at fostering strong relationships.In this exciting role you will: Comply with site Quality & Food Safety policy Good Sense & Performance in SHE Record Provide expert technical and engineering support for infrastructure services by implementing systematic preventive maintenance Managing the maintenance group including setting policies, standard procedures and practices Control and monitor maintenance costs to ensure it within the AP budget Monitor and control of all capital projects with the assistance of operation manager Ensure all work carry out comply with relevant codes and standards, whilst maintaining safety and reliability Responsible for proper training and career development of the supervisors/engineers under his/her supervisionYou?Are you someone who wants to grow shape your own world?
