You will champion a Safety First culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement across equipment reliability and capital projects.Key ResponsibilitiesHealth & SafetyPromote a Safety First culture across engineering and maintenance teamsEnsure compliance with OSHA, GMP, HACCP, and environmental regulationsLead hazard assessments, safety audits, and corrective actionsOversee machinery safeguarding, LOTO procedures, and emergency response trainingLeadership & ManagementLead and develop a multidisciplinary engineering and maintenance teamFoster a culture of accountability, technical excellence, and safe work practicesManage departmental budgets, staffing, and performancePlant Equipment & ReliabilityOversee production-line machinery and utilitiesImplement preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance strategiesConduct root-cause analysis and improve KPIs (OEE, MTBF, downtime)Continuous ImprovementLead initiatives to enhance safety, reliability, and efficiencyApply Lean, Six Sigma, and reliability engineering principlesImprove ergonomics, sanitation cycles, and material handlingCapital ProjectsManage engineering projects from design to commissioningLead capex planning and executionEnsure upgrades meet safety standards and regulatory complianceCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Production, Quality, EHS, and Supply Chain teamsSupport audits and regulatory inspectionsProvide technical leadership for new product introductionsWhat we are looking for: Education & ExperienceDegree in Engineering discipline10+ years in FMCG (bottling preferred), with 5+ years managing multi-disciplinary teamsProject management experience or qualification preferredKnowledgeStrong grasp of H&S legislation, CMMS systems, and maintenance best practicesDeep understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering excellenceJoin UsIf you're ready to lead with purpose and make a meaningful impact in a values-driven business, we'd love to hear from you.
