Our team of skilled professionals is dedicated to helping companies achieve their operational and strategic goals.Role DescriptionThe Head of Engineering will be responsible for overseeing the entire engineering department, setting technical strategy, managing multiple engineering teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products that meet business objectives.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive engineering strategies aligned with company goals- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing engineering team across multiple disciplines- Oversee technical architecture, system design, and infrastructure development- Establish and maintain engineering best practices, coding standards, and development methodologies- Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes, productivity, and team performance- Manage technical resource allocation and budget planning- Collaborate with product management, design, and other cross-functional teams- Ensure scalable and robust technical solutions that support business growth- Foster a culture of innovation, learning, and technical excellence- Manage technical strategy, hiring, and process alignment with Zeidex’s standards.- Oversee development and deployment of AI-powered systemsQualifications:- * 10+ years of engineering experience, including 5+ in leadership roles- Proven track record of managing large-scale engineering teams and complex technical projects- Strong background in software development and system architecture- Expert-level technical skills with hands-on experience in modern programming languages and technologies- Demonstrated ability to lead strategic technical initiatives- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Advanced problem-solving and decision-making capabilitiesTechnical Skills:- Proficiency in software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum)- Experience with cloud technologies and infrastructure- Strong understanding of software design principles and architectural patterns- Expertise in performance optimization and scalability- Familiarity with or openness to learning our stack (PHP, GoLang and Paython is our primary backend framework) is strongly preferred- Familiarity with AI/ML implementation (recommendation engines, data pipelines, or LLM-based systems)- Ensure the highest standards of data integrity and security
