Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an English Account - Chat Technical Support position, located in Cairo. The primary responsibilities include providing effective technical support through chat, assisting customers in resolving their inquiries and issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. You will work collaboratively with the team to resolve technical issues, respond to customer queries efficiently, and provide clear, professional communication throughout the support process.
