Finance Manager – Egypt Package up to 110,000 EGP Per Month (Gross) + Allowances + 20% Annual Bonus + Family Medical + Social Insurance + MobileThe RoleJoin a leading facilities management powerhouse in Egypt, positioned for aggressive expansion, particularly within the transportation sector, banking, construction, and residential markets.We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Finance Manager to effectively manage and direct the entire finance function. This critical role focuses on robust financial management, strong governance, and optimizing operational efficiency to support sustained, rapid business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for leading a large finance department, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, optimizing working capital, and maintaining strict compliance.Your primary focus areas will be:Overseeing all day-to-day financial activities, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll, ensuring precision and compliance.Reviewing and refining existing financial processes to enhance efficiency. While you will not be leading a complete overhaul, you will drive continuous improvement, including the optimization of current financial systems (e.g., leveraging existing ERP features and streamlining processes).Applying exceptional treasury and cash management skills to rigorously manage liquidity, optimize working capital, and lead collection efforts. You will maintain and strengthen critical relationships with local banks.Ensuring impeccable financial governance and internal controls. You will be responsible for managing the external audit process, addressing any outstanding audit points promptly, and ensuring full regulatory compliance.Providing decisive leadership and mentorship to the finance department staff, focusing on performance management and professional development.Candidate ProfileWe require a results-oriented financial expert with a strong foundation in control and operational stability:A Qualified Accountant (CPA, ACCA, CMA, FCA, CIMA or equivalent) is preferableProven experience in a high-governance environment, ideally with prior experience from a Big Four or similar firm, focused on audit management and control implementation.Deep, proven experience in managing and maintaining a large-scale finance function, with a focus on process efficiency and control.Extensive expertise in treasury and cash flow management, with established banking relationships in the Egyptian market.A minimum of 5–10 years of progressive, relevant financial management experience.Demonstrated ability to lead and manage large teams, ensuring operational continuity and accuracy while fostering a culture of control.Compensation Salary up to 110,000 EGP Gross Per Month (Gross)Benefits 20% Annual Bonus, Allowances, Family Medical Cover, Social Insurance, and Mobile Allowance.
