Job Title: English Curriculum Developer – Global Language Exam PreparationLocation: HyderabadWork Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PMWorking Days: Monday to FridayRole OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and creative Curriculum Developer to design and develop engaging English language training programs for Indian students preparing for global proficiency exams such as IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, and CELPIP. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in curriculum design, exam-specific content development, and a deep understanding of the linguistic challenges faced by Indian learners.Key ResponsibilitiesCurriculum Design: Develop structured, modular, and learner-friendly curricula aligned with global exam formats and scoring standards. Content Development: Create high-quality instructional materials including lesson plans, practice tests, mock exams, and multimedia learning aids covering reading, writing, listening, and speaking. Exam Alignment: Ensure all materials meet the latest requirements and scoring rubrics of IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, and other global exams. Customization for Indian Learners: Address common issues such as pronunciation, grammar, and vocabulary through targeted learning strategies. Collaboration: Work with trainers, subject experts, and academic teams to refine and enhance course delivery. Quality Assurance: Maintain accuracy, clarity, and engagement in all materials; update regularly based on feedback and exam changes. Assessment Design: Create effective formative and summative assessments to track learner progress. Research & Innovation: Stay updated with exam trends, teaching methodologies, and digital tools for curriculum enhancement. Training Support: Guide trainers on curriculum implementation and instructional best practices. Preferred QualificationsMaster’s or PhD in English, Linguistics, Education, TESOL, or Applied Linguistics. Certifications such as CELTA, DELTA, TESOL, or TEFL highly preferred. Experience in developing or teaching global English exam preparation courses. Additional training in curriculum design or instructional design is an advantage. Key RequirementsExcellent command of English with insight into challenges faced by Indian learners. Strong understanding of IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, and CELPIP formats and preparation methods. Proven ability to design engaging and effective learning content. Awareness of cultural and learner diversity for relevance and accessibility. Strong teamwork and communication skills.
