Key ResponsibilitiesProduce sketches, drawings, and floor plans to illustrate concepts and finalized projects using computer-aided design (CAD), hand drawing skills, and detailed drawingsProvide follow-up support to customersCreate and present an idea board to communicate design concepts to clientsWork with clients to define project requirements and develop design criteriaDefine project requirements and schedule during the “brief”Create estimates, and project budgets and maintain up-to-date documentation of all activitiesResponsible for weekly review meetings with junior designers, supervisors, and other concerned personsMonitor site/location to ensure that the progress of the project and fit-out is in line with the plansManage relationships with multiple stakeholders to achieve timely completion of the projectsResearch and follow industry changes, evolutions, and best practicesWhat you will bring?Candidate must have a minimum of 1 to 2 years of experienceRegistered diploma or degree in Interior designGood knowledge of Auto-CAD, Google SketchUp, In-design & Photoshop.Expertise in layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture, and all installationsRelevant experience in team handlingCreative talent, imagination, and eye for detailAbout Company: We are an interior design firm providing complete interior solutions for all residential and commercial sectors.
