Role Description This is a full-time on-site English Customer Service B2+ position based in Maadi, QLD. The role involves providing exceptional customer support through various channels such as phone, email, and live chat. Responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, managing complaints, documenting interactions, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. The candidate will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the customer experience and ensure smooth service delivery.
