The company helps suppliers manage surplus inventory by offering expertise in advising and guiding them to sell overstocks, unsold goods, and discontinued products. Ozeol has achieved remarkable success with an annual turnover exceeding 40 million euros and focuses on revaluing unsold goods for resale, primarily in the European market. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an English-speaking International Prospector based in Sousse, Tunisia. The International Prospector will be responsible for identifying and contacting potential suppliers worldwide, negotiating purchasing conditions, and building strong relationships with partners to facilitate the acquisition of surplus inventory. Daily tasks will include conducting market research, cold calling potential clients, maintaining supplier relationships, and effectively communicating with international stakeholders to meet company goals. Qualifications Excellent communication skills in English, including verbal and written proficiencyExperience in negotiation, client relationship management, and sales strategiesStrong research and analytical skills to identify potential suppliers and assess market trendsAbility to work in an international environment with cultural sensitivity and adaptabilityProficiency in standard office tools and CRM softwareSelf-motivation, results-oriented mindset, and the ability to work under pressureBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field is preferredPrevious experience in international trade, purchasing, or supply chain management is a plus
