Job Description

We are looking for a Key Account Sales Professional to manage and grow strategic customer relationships, drive commercial opportunities, and support long-term business development. The role is focused on high-value B2B clients and requires strong communication, negotiation, and project-management skills.ResponsibilitiesManage and expand relationships with key national and international accounts.Identify customer needs and provide tailored commercial and technical solutions.Develop account strategies, sales plans, and revenue forecasts.Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and commercial agreements.Coordinate internally with production, planning, logistics, quality, and R&D to ensure excellent service and on-time delivery.Monitor market trends, customer performance, and competitor activities.Prepare sales reports, KPIs, and presentations for management.Support business development initiatives and participate in customer visits, fairs, and industry events.QualificationsExperience in Key Account Management or B2B Sales (industrial/manufacturing environment preferred).Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.Strategic mindset and solution-oriented approach.Ability to manage multiple accounts and complex projects.Fluent in English; italian language is an advantage.Willingness to travel when required.
