About the roleAs our English Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in educating and inspiring young learners. You will be responsible for delivering dynamic lessons, and regularly assessing student progress.What you will doDeliver engaging and interactive English lessons that facilitate active learning experiences.Use a variety of teaching strategies to encourage student participation.Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes the social and emotional development of young learners.Assess students’ progress regularly, providing feedback to students and parents.Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall educational experience for students.What you will needA minimum 2-4 years of experience in teaching young learners is highly desirable.Strong understanding of child development and approriate teaching methods.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Creative, energetic, and patient, with a passion for teaching and education.Deep instincts when it comes to working with kids of all ages.Intuitive when it comes to classroom management, particularly group-based classes in an offline setting.Proficient in using technology to enhance the learning experience.Willingness to work on-site in Depok
