The Transit Unit team adopts a multidisciplinary approach, ensuring comprehensive and collaborative patient evaluations. The Transit Lounge experiences a high patient turnover. The preferred candidate should have strong clinical knowledge of care delivery, be skilled in conducting thorough clinical assessments, and be able to identify deteriorating patients promptly. Ability to escalate concerns appropriately, supported by sound clinical judgment and excellent communication skills.
