Responsibilities include developing strategic sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs. The ideal candidate has strong B2B sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in managing complex sales cyclesResponsibilitiesManage the (enterprise) sales cycle from prospecting to securing a dealUnearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnershipsAssist the organization's sales and growth efforts by contributing to new customer acquisition.Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyaltyRemain in regular contact with your clients to understand and meet their needsRespond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction and maintain the company’s reputationNegotiate agreements and keep records of sales and dataProvide ideas to attract new clients and keep the senior management updated about marketplace and competitor activity.Identify and develop new business opportunities with client contacts.Generate and keep prospective client database updatedMake cold calls for new business leadsSupport in writing new business proposalsMaintain high knowledge of all product and service offerings of the companyQualificationsPossess strong communication and negotiation skills, and can engage with stakeholders at all levelsEnterprise and Public Sector Experience5+ years of enterprise sales experiencePrevious experience within the Software & Cloud services industryStrong desire and business acumenArticulate and well accustomed to a client facing role.Exceptional negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills
