Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Team Lead based in Benue. The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for managing and leading the sales team, ensuring excellent customer service, developing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, and achieving sales targets. The role requires effective communication with team members and clients and some work from home is acceptable.Note: we only need those that have 3-6 years financial experience in either Microfinance or commercial banks. please, you must be residing in Benue and understand the market dynamics in Benue.Salary: 250k-300k monthly pay with a competitive commission. Qualifications Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends and sales dataTeam Management: Experience in leading, training, and motivating a sales teamCustomer Service: Strong focus on maintaining and improving customer satisfactionCommunication: Excellent verbal and written communication skillsSales: Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing sales strategiesBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferredExperience in the financial services or software development industry is a plusAbility to work in a hybrid environment, combining in-office and remote work
