As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will be responsible for the retention and growth of your customers. You roll with the punches and can adapt, but are excited to be a part of the fixWhat You’ll DoEffectively manage a book of enterprise business totalling up to $5M in ARRBuild strategic account plans that map out expansion and other upsell opportunitiesMaintain an active pipeline of forecasted renewals and expansions to meet quota objectivesPartner with Customer Success Managers for shared management of your customer relationshipsPosition yourself as a strategic partner to key stakeholders and champions within named accountsContinued assessment of Greenhouse’s alignment with customer’s business objectives and goalsActively focus on expansion and growth through identifying, cultivating, and selling additional products within the Greenhouse SuiteDiagnose and mitigate churn risk clearly and own resolution strategies, advising sales leadership of ideal resolutions wherever appropriateBe an active participant in building and improving internal operational processesAdditional projects and responsibilities as business needs requireYou should have10+ years’ experience in sales, with a particular focus on account management or customer retention3+ years working with Enterprise customers in the tech/software spaceExceptional verbal, written, and presentation skillsExcellent time and process management skillsGreat organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple competing priorities at any given timeProven success identifying and developing executive relationshipsThe ability to craft narratives and prove customer value through comprehensive business reviews and strategic touch-pointsExperience handling complex commercial processes and negotiationsQuota carrying experience (e.g.,retention and growth targets ) with a strong record of meeting or exceeding revenue targetsA collaborative mindset with a strong ability to work cross-functionally on a shared objectiveYour own unique talents!
