We have ambitions to be a global hub and a comprehensive development programme to deliver this vision.The Enterprise Asset Systems Manager will lead the successful deployment and ongoing administration of our Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) System. The EAM system will centralise and digitise the through life management of all critical airport assets, from runway, infrastructure and baggage systems to HVAC, lighting and security equipment, enabling real time visibility, predictive maintenance, regulatory compliance, better capital planning and cost control. About The RoleThis role will be instrumental in introducing, configuring, and optimizing the EAM platform, ensuring high data quality, and developing processes and standards that support operational efficiency and compliance.Some Of Your Key Responsibilities Will BeMaintain a thorough working knowledge of core ES asset systems, initially this will be JDECAM and D365 Fault Management systems.Act as the Subject Matter Expert and intelligent customer for the EAM system procurement and introduction into service.Maintain and administer the EAM platform post implementation, ensuring optimal system performance and user adoption. Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities within ES systems.Act as the ES system champion for ES systems, making key system development decisions for the relevant systems Provide troubleshooting and investigation of system related issues, and, when required, collaborating with AKL Digital team and external consultants to resolve issues efficientlyPresent and explain system changes, improvements, and updates to stakeholders.Develop and maintain technical documentation for system configurations and processes.Role model Auckland Airport’s commitment to “People First” Health, Safety & Wellbeing approachLead by example, demonstrating and communicating visibly safe work.Lead the provision of enterprise-wide training on the use of all Asset Management Systems across Business Units at AKLWhat You’ll Bring To The RoleAt Auckland Airport, we are a busy hive of activity, and a lot of what we look for is how you would align with our values Respectful, Collaborative, We Care, Integrity and Exceptional. To ensure your success in this role, you will need:Degree associated with data systems, management or business analysis. 8-10 years’ experience in a similar role with proven experience managing or implementing a complex IT system.Strong understanding of asset management, maintenance planning, and lifecycle management principles.Excellent data management and governance skills.Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.About Us.Auckland Airport is more than just a business.
