Working closely with Enterprise Architect and coordinating between different internal project stakeholders and technical teams, Enterprise Engineer ensures that the designed solution is delivered within defined scope, quality and on time.ResponsibilitiesSupport in creating and maintaining Global Mapping documentWL Exchange new customer set up via SNOWEFT interface and folders set upCreation and follow up on Work Package tickets, Strada Exchange configuration coordination tasks, sanity checksSupport in SSO set upRequest connectivity setup for local payroll environments and coordinate connectivity check with Client, AS, and payroll partnersSupport System Integration Testing: review scenarios, support issue resolutionAssess the impact of release calendar & maintenance window on the project timelines.Support DM Consultant with technical issues resolutionSupport Cutover technical activitiesIdentify the improvements in Strada standard solutions and ways of working, cooperating closely with Enterprise Architect in raising these.Experience, Skills, And QualificationsBachelor´s Degree in Computer Science, information Technology or Software EngineeringWorking experience in HR and Payroll ServicesStrong technical and software system knowledge on HR technologies such as: SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, Workday, PeoplesoftExperience with Interfaces Set up.Knowledge of Strada Exchange is a real advantageExperience in coordination between different stakeholders within an organizationHighly organized with the ability to oversee multiple projects.Service testing experience: System Integration testing, Scenario Based TestingAttention to detailsStrong communication skills with high level of EnglishAt Strada, Our Values Guide Everything We DoAnticipate Customer Needs – We stay ahead of trends so our customers can grow and succeed.Own the Outcome – We take responsibility for delivering excellence and ensuring things get done right.Challenge Ourselves to Work Smarter – We move faster than the world around us to drive change and accomplish more.Empower Each Other to Solve Problems – We tackle challenges head on, ask tough questions, and collaborate to find the best solutions.Care About Our Work – We understand that what we do impacts millions, and we have a responsibility to get it right.BenefitsAt Strada, we support your whole self—offering a range of benefits for your health, wellbeing, finances, and future.
