ECS Systems Engineer 6-Month Contract (with possible 6-month extension) Location: Wetzikon, Switzerland Our client, a pioneering name in the aviation industry, is seeking an ECS Systems Engineer to join their dynamic team in Wetzikon. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative aircraft programs, working on cutting-edge environmental control systems (ECS) and supporting key integration and certification activities. Key Responsibilities:Coordinate ECS system integration and interfaces with cross-functional engineering teams (Airworthiness, Avionics, Power Plant, Electrical, and Safety) as well as suppliers.Prepare, review, and assess certification documentation (reports, test plans, results) ensuring compliance with DO-160G, DO-178C, and DO-254Define and support integrated rig testing for Avionics and ECS controllers.Provide hands-on support during flight test campaigns, troubleshooting ECS controller and system integration issues.Participate in design reviews, technical workshops, and discussions with Airworthiness Authorities. What You'll Bring:Strong knowledge of aircraft or rotorcraft ECS systems.Hands-on experience with PLM tools such as Teamcenter or similar.Minimum 3 years of experience in system engineering within aviation/rotorcraft environments.Proven track record in preparing and reviewing certification documents independently.Familiarity with ARP4754 and awareness of ARP4761.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.English proficiency: B2 level or higher (spoken and written).
