With deep technical expertise in platforms such as Microsoft Azure and Dynamics 365 (D365) power platform, you will provide strategic guidance, hands-on technical leadership, and expert consulting services that enable customers to achieve their business objectives through digital transformation.Your role will blend technical delivery, design, development and implementation of solution on public cloud and enterprise application platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Solution Delivery:Provide hands-on support across platform, including solution design, configuration and integrationsEnsure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with best practices, compliance standards, and customer requirementsConsulting And AdvisoryAct as a trusted technical advisor to customers, helping them understand how Azure and D365, solutions can solve their business challengesConduct technical workshops, discovery sessions, and architecture assessments to shape solution roadmaps and implementation strategiesTranslate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable recommendations for both technical and business stakeholdersCollaboration And LeadershipWork closely with project managers, solution architects, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth project deliveryProvide mentorship and technical guidance to junior consultants, fostering knowledge sharing and continuous improvementContribute to internal best practices, knowledge bases, and delivery frameworksContinuous Learning And InnovationStay up to date with advancements in cloud technologies (Azure) and enterprise applications (D365, Power Platform ), applying new tools and methods to customer solutionsIdentify opportunities to optimize customer environments and drive additional value through innovationTechnical ExpertiseSkills and Experience: Proven experience in the design, configuration, and deployment of Power Platform and Microsoft Azure servicesStrong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM applicationsFamiliar with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and API integrationsExperience with data migration, ETL processes, and integration patternsConsultative SkillsAbility to engage with customers at all levels, understanding their business drivers and translating them into technical solutionsStrong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to navigate complex solution challengesCommunication And CollaborationExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiencesStrong stakeholder management and facilitation skillsQualifications (Preferred)Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure Administrator Associate, or similarMicrosoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Solutions Architect, Functional Consultant, or equivalentHow to apply & our commitment to you in returnIf you would like to be part of a culture that drives innovation, delivers results, rewards performance and encourages ideas, then please press the "Apply Now" button to submit your resume.In return, we agree to ensure a hiring process that is enjoyable, thorough, and fair.
