Samsung C&T has long been active in the green energy business and continues to explore additional innovative renewable energy solutions.We are now open to your expression of interest for the role of Sustainability Coordinator based in the Gippsland region of Greater Melbourne.The RoleKey role in managing sustainability across design and deliveryManagement of sustainability ratingsAttend environment, sustainability, design and construction meetings as requiredPractical implementation of sustainability initiatives into designReporting Sustainability Performance Monthly, Quarterly and Annually to the Project senior leadership teamSupport the project specific sustainability objectives and targets, procedures and tools to provide surety of successful project delivery and compliance with sustainability management planSupport project induction and sustainability management tools trainingRun meetings and workshops with teams to ensure sustainability requirements are integrated into design and constructionPackage and review sustainability rating tool submissionsEncourage positive change in the market and development of new technologiesProvide leadership and technical direction to design, construction, commercial and operational personnel in relation to sustainability issuesDevelop and deliver the sustainability training program for relevant project personnel and contractorsInterface with and report to the Project in/external stakeholders in relation to sustainability issuesAbout youOver 2 years experience in Sustainability on major infrastructure projectsInfrastructure Sustainability Accredited ProfessionalGreen Star Accredited ProfessionalKnowledge of compliance and reporting procedures and processes and competency to implement theseReporting, auditing and risk management procedures, and processes and competency to implement theseEffective communicationSamsung is committed to building diverse and inclusive teams.
