Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTIONThe Recruitment Manager is responsible for leading and managing the full recruitment life cycle, ensuring the organisation attracts, selects, and retains top talent. With over 10 years of professional experience in talent acquisition, the incumbent will design strategic hiring plans, build strong employer branding, and optimise recruitment processes to support organisational growth. This role also involves managing recruitment teams, partnering with senior leaders, and implementing innovative sourcing strategies. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES1. Strategic Recruitment PlanningDevelop and implement a forward-looking recruitment strategy aligned with organisational goals and workforce planning. Conduct market intelligence and competitor benchmarking to anticipate talent needs and trends.

Establish and monitor strategic KPIs to measure recruitment effectiveness and impact. 2. Leadership & Team DevelopmentLead, coach, and inspire the recruitment team to deliver effective and consistent hiring outcomes. Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning. Ensure effective resource allocation and succession planning within the recruitment function. 3. Talent Acquisition & Process ExcellenceOversee the full recruitment cycle, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and a positive candidate experience. Continuously review and enhance recruitment processes, tools, and systems to improve speed, quality, and compliance. Implement structured interview frameworks, assessment tools, and data-driven decision-making. 4.

Stakeholder & Vendor ManagementPartner with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand talent needs and align recruitment strategies. Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, executive search firms, and other external partners. Negotiate recruitment-related contracts and agreements. 5. Employer Branding & Talent PipelineStrengthen the organisation’s employer value proposition (EVP) to attract high-calibre talent. Represent the organisation at industry events, and professional forums to enhance visibility and engagement. Develop and maintain a proactive talent pipeline for critical and future roles. 6. Process Improvement & ComplianceContinuously review and improve recruitment processes, tools, and systems. Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and diversity hiring practices.

Monitor recruitment metrics and prepare regular insights and reports to the management. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment efficiency, quality, and candidate experience. JOB REQUIREMENTSEducation: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field. Experience: Minimum 10 years in recruitment/talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a managerial role. Proven track record of designing and executing recruitment strategies for senior and specialised positions. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a high-performing team. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing skills. Proficient in recruitment technologies, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and talent analytics.

In-depth understanding of local labour laws and global recruitment best practices. Preferably with a strong network of financial institutions, government-linked companies, government-linked investment companies, and the public sector.
