You are backed up by experienced colleagues who are always eager to jump in with you.If you want to grow, contribute, and be part of a team that genuinely cares about their work, and about each other, we’d love to hear from you.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with clients to understand business challenges and requirementsTranslate financial and operational processes into technical system specificationsConfigure and implement Corporate Performance Management (CPM) solutions in OneStreamProvide insights and recommendations based on quantitative and qualitative analysisPresent ideas, solutions, and findings clearly to clients and team membersBuild strong, long-term relationships as a trusted advisorContribute to continuous improvement by capturing best practices and sharing knowledge across our international teamsSupport clients through training, guidance, and ongoing advisory workQualificationsStrong communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skillsAdvanced Excel skillsExperience with SQL, C#, VBA, or VB.NET is a plus; any programming knowledge is valuedExperience with OneStream or other CPM platforms is an advantageBackground in Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related field (bachelor's or master’s degree)Ability to analyse business requirements and design tailored solutionsTeam‑oriented mindset and comfort working in a multicultural environmentExcellent English & Finnish skills; additional languages are a plusInterest or experience in areas such as ESG reporting, tax, or lease accounting is beneficialIf you're excited about helping organisations enhance their financial performance through technology, we'd be thrilled to hear from you.
