Senior IAM Consultant / Architect

🚨 Please note: Only candidates fluent in Finnish & English will be considered for this role 🚨Are you an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) professional fluent in Finnish? We’re looking for a talented Senior IAM Consultant / Architect to join our team and lead enterprise-level IGA (Identity Governance and Administration) implementations for top-tier clients.Key Responsibilities• Implement & Maintain IGA Solutions with leading platforms and SaaS services.• Troubleshoot & Resolve Technical Issues related to IAM systems.• Collaborate Across Teams to ensure seamless integration with HR systems and directories.• Support Continuous Improvement in our delivery methods and best practices.Requirements:3+ years of hands-on experience in IAM with hands-on experience in Saviynt, SailPoint IIQ/ISC, OneIdentity, or ForgeRock.Technical Skills: SQL, JSON, REST APIs, scripting (Java, PowerShell, Python), RBAC/ABAC, SoD management.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security or related field.Integration Knowledge: HR systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors), directories (Active Directory, Entra ID).Governance & Compliance: Access certifications, policy management, GDPR, ISO, NIST frameworks.Languages: Fluent in Finnish and English (Mandatory).Nice to have:• Knowledge of WebSockets• Experience with Angular 13+Why Join Us?Flexible Work: Fully remote-friendly and flexible hours.Compensation: Competitive monthly salary + generous bonus scheme.Perks: Choose your work equipment, occupational health care, mobile phone benefit and lunch vouchers.Feel free to contact the recruiter directly at catalystsolutionshr@gmail.com for more details.
