AI Consultant (Design & Governance)

In cross-disciplinary teams we develop solutions that harness the potential of AI & machine learning technologies, generate value for the end users, and deliver sustainable business impact for the client.What does an AI Consultant do? The job of an AI Consultant is to help clients generate sustainable business and end-user value from AI and analytics. This entails finding the most valuable business problems to solve, and then applying design methods, human insight, responsible AI expertise, and AI and analytics technologies to solve those problems. The AI Consultant understands mechanisms that can be used to identify and manage the risks and impacts of analytics & artificial intelligence in organizations and stays on top of the latest advances in this field. As an AI Consultant, you will work for instance with AI governance, responsibility, regulation & ethics related consulting & training, AI opportunity identification & evaluation, AI-enabled service development, and AI-program advisory.What are we looking for?You have experience in using AI and analytics to create value for business and end users You understand the latest advances in AI governance, responsibility and regulation, and have experience helping organizations turn these principles into practical frameworks, ways of working and measurable impactYou have experience in helping organizations to create socially, environmentally, and economically sustainable AI solutions and larger AI transformation programsYou understand modern data science, machine learning, and AI developmentYou are comfortable educating senior leaders and stakeholders on AI and analyticsYou understand the basics of business models, business design, service design, and appreciate the importance of human insightYou have strong facilitating skills and are comfortable guiding groups and stakeholders toward shared understanding and decisionsYou have an agile and experiment-driven mindset, combined with critical and creative problem-solving ability and comfort with autonomy Ability to work in a consultative role and understand both the consulting business and customer contextCurrently some of our projects require knowledge of the Finnish language For this role, we are especially looking for candidates with solid experience and a proven track record.
