Job Title: Tekla BIM SpecialistLocation: Espoo, Leppävaara (Hybrid)Department: Structures DivisionIf you're a highly skilled and motivated Tekla expert with experience in an engineering office, steel fabricator, element factory, or construction site, this is your chance to make a real impact. We are looking for a Tekla expert who is passionate about information modeling to join our customer support team in Finland. As a member of our team, you will provide our customers in Finland and Estonia with high-quality support in the use of Trimble software and promote the use of information models in our client companies. Your work style is proactive, cooperative, and independent.To succeed in this role, you need to have a background in construction technology and want to move to support and development of construction software. This is not a call center, but a team of construction professionals working together to help our customers get the most out of Trimble's Tekla products. This is not an IT support role, but knowledge of construction technology is essential.What You Will DoBecome a trusted advisor: Provide technical support and guidance to clients in Finland & Estonia, helping them overcome their most challenging Tekla issues.Empower our sales team: Deliver compelling technical demonstrations and represent Trimble at industry events.Share your expertise: Conduct technical presentations for diverse audiences and develop training materials for clients with varying levels of experience.Shape the future of Tekla: Contribute to the development and improvement of the local Tekla environment.What Skills & Experience You Should BringFluent written and spoken Finnish (mandatory)Extensive experience in working with any Tekla-softwarePassion for customer service and customer satisfactionStrong troubleshooting and problem solving skillsDesirable Skills & ExperienceCompetence of structural analysis and design (A&D).Swedish or Estonian language skills are a bonusAcademic or polytechnic degree in civil engineeringProfessional experience in using other BIM software solutionsBroad understanding of construction industry processesAbout Your Location:You will be based in our brand new office in Leppävaara, Espoo.
