By investing in our people’s continued growth and learning, we challenge and change how we build together – people and business.Key responsibilities: Ensure the successful implementation of the Enterprise PMO’s strategy, responsibilities, services, and deliverables.Monitor Projects reporting and assist team in reporting to Senior Management and stakeholders.Assists in streamlining the EPMO process and project methodologies across functional departmentsPerforming the work to define and mature the project scope, develop the project management plan, and identify and schedule the project activities. Performing the work to authorize a new project and define its scope.Performing the work to compare actual performance with planned performance, to analyze variances, to assess trends to effect process.Ability to ensure team delivers the project on time and do consistent timely reminders with vendor team and internal teamUpdate and maintain the Risk Log, Action Log, Decisions Log, and Issue Register.Track financial reporting whilst ensuring that the project adhere to the agreed budgetFacilitates and leads project meetings.Ensure aligned and transparent project communication across all Amana business units, divisions, and countries of operation.Candidate Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree (preferable in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline and Master’s in Management (or related field) preferred.Experience in coordinating project activities as per the project needsExperience in managing stakeholders’ expectationsMinimum of one full life cycle project experience as a Project Lead.PMP or Prince2 Certified is a plus.Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
